Move-in Checklists help streamline the transition in and out of rental properties.

A Move-in Checklist helps document existing conditions in and outside the property. Documenting pre-existing damage can reduce the likelihood of disputes between Landlord and Tenant.

At Maxfield, we recognize that there are many things to do and remember when moving, and that's why we allow our Tenants to move into the home and complete the Move-in sheet when it's convenient.
