Personal renter's insurance is recommended but not required. Tenants will be charged $12.50 per month if they do not have the PDLW with their renter’s insurance.

There is also a one-time Lease Initiation Administration Fee of $150. All applicants over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application and there is a limit of 3 unrelated individuals and 2-3 vehicles depending on the unit.
